Also known as the breviary, this official prayer of the church is wonderfully scriptural, following the entire liturgical year. Because the psalms, antiphons, intercessions, songs, and prayers are greatly varied, this prayer, which spans not only the year, but different parts of the day, remains fresh and engaging.
You can find on this site maintained by the Poor Clares a beautiful desription of each of the hours : /srsclare.com/practice-of-prayer/liturgy-of-hours/
I have several sites for you to look at, each site for different reasons.
I love the first site below and pray with it daily because it is an audio and visual version, including beautiful, moving hymns and songs, background music for the psalms, and several people praying with you, providing a great sense of community prayer.
This site will provide you with the entire text of each days liturgical prayer by the hour.
Another site which provides the text only:
This site provides audio, but no visual text.

NUNC DIMITTIS -- A MAGNIFICENT CHORAL RENDITION
ANTIPHONS IN HONOR OF MARY
Hail, holy Queen, Mother of Mercy!
Our life, our sweetness, and our hope!
To thee do we cry, poor banished children of Eve,
to thee do we send up our sighs,
mourning and weeping in this valley, of tears.
Turn, then, most gracious advocate,
thine eyes of mercy toward us;
and after this our exile show unto us the
blessed fruit of thy womb Jesus;
O clement, O loving, O sweet virgin Mary.
V. Pray for us, O holy Mother of God
R. That we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.
ALMA REDEMPTORIS MATER
Sweet Mother of the Redeemer,
that passage to heaven,
gate of the morning,
and star of the sea:
Assist the fallen,
lift up, you who cure, the people:
you who bore to the wonderment of nature,
your holy Creator.
Virgin before and after,
who received from Gabriel
that joyful greeting,
have mercy on us sinners.
HAIL STAR OF THE SEA
(music video follows these words, click on the video, then come back to the words to follow the hymn, if you like)
1. Hail, bright star of ocean,
God's own Mother blest,
Ever sinless Virgin,
Gate of heavenly rest.
2. Taking that sweet Ave
Which from Gabriel came,
Peace confirm within us,
Changing Eva's name.
3. Break the captives' fetters,
Light on blindness pour,
All our ills expelling,
Every bliss implore.
4. Show thyself a Mother;
May the Word Divine,
Born for us thy Infant,
Hear our prayers through thine.
5. Virgin all excelling,
Mildest of the mild,
Freed from guilt, preserve us,
Pure and undefiled.
6. Keep our life all spotless,
Make our way secure,
Till we find in Jesus,
7. Through the highest heaven
To the Almighty Three,
Father, Son and Spirit,
One same glory be. Amen.
